Rocket (Arugula)

Rocket, also called arugula, has small leaves with a bold, peppery and nutty taste.

Also known as: Arugula, Rucola, Roquette

How to use: Top pizzas after baking, toss into pasta, salads with olive oil and lemon, sandwiches and wraps.

Good to know: A small handful adds big, fresh flavour.

How to store: Wrap the leaves in a dry kitchen towel or tissue, put them in a closed box or zip bag and keep in the fridge. Wash only when you are ready to eat. Best used within 4–5 days.
