Flat-leaf parsley has a fresh, slightly peppery taste and is used in continental cooking much like we use coriander.

Also known as: Italian Parsley

How to use: Pasta, soups, salads, garlic bread, hummus, sauces, grilled paneer and vegetables.

Good to know: Adds fresh flavour and colour to any dish.

How to store: Wrap in a slightly damp tissue or kitchen towel, put in a closed box and keep in the fridge. Stays fresh for 5–7 days.
