Oyster mushrooms have soft, fan-shaped caps and a delicate, mild flavour. Tear by hand into strips before cooking.

How to use: Stir-fries, mushroom curry, soups, noodles, fried rice, crispy fried mushrooms and pizza.

Good to know: Low in calories and soft in texture.

How to store: Keep in a paper bag in the fridge and use within 3–4 days. Do not wash before storing — wipe or rinse quickly just before cooking.
