Lettuce Oak Leaf Green

Oak leaf lettuce gets its name from its leaf shape. It is soft, tender and has a mild, slightly nutty taste.

How to use: Soft salads, sandwiches, wraps and mixed salad bowls.

Good to know: Tender leaves that are easy to eat raw.

How to store: Wrap the leaves in a dry kitchen towel or tissue, put them in a closed box or zip bag and keep in the fridge. Wash only when you are ready to eat. Best used within 4–5 days.
