A mix of different green lettuce leaves for a salad with more texture and taste than a single lettuce.

How to use: Quick salads with olive oil and lemon, salad bowls, sandwiches, wraps and side salads.

How to store: Wrap the leaves in a dry kitchen towel or tissue, put them in a closed box or zip bag and keep in the fridge. Wash only when you are ready to eat. Best used within 4–5 days.
