Butterhead lettuce has soft, smooth leaves with a mild, slightly sweet and buttery taste.

How to use: Burgers, sandwiches, wraps, lettuce cups and soft green salads.

Good to know: Gentle taste that even kids enjoy.

How to store: Wrap the leaves in a dry kitchen towel or tissue, put them in a closed box or zip bag and keep in the fridge. Wash only when you are ready to eat. Best used within 4–5 days.
