Garlic chives have flat green leaves with a mild garlic taste. They are widely used in Chinese and Asian cooking.

How to use: Momos and dumpling filling, stir-fries, fried rice, noodles, eggs and soups.

Good to know: Gives garlic flavour without peeling garlic.

How to store: Wrap in a slightly damp tissue or kitchen towel, put in a closed box and keep in the fridge. Stays fresh for 5–7 days.
